Sunday Breakfast

Sunday morning we took the crew (which now included Dennis, Shelley, Jordan, and Jaime) to Avila Beach to eat at the Custom House. After mush hype on the place, everyone was impressed with the killer breakfast! Speaking of killer, Avila Beach is known for it's shark attack that killed a lady swimming with seals a few years back. After being stuffed with food, we drove to Morro Rock and walked around/climbed a little bit!

Early in the afternoon, Dennis, Shelley, Jordan, and Jaime headed back for home. Joe, Jeff, Corby, and I headed to Lopez Lake for one last ride. It was awesome, but unfortunately we forgot our camera. Right at the very end of our amazing 5.4 mile ride, I took a dive into some sticks and poison oak! I was going a little too fast downhill around a sandy corner and ate it over my handle bars. God was totally watching out for me because it could've been worse than the scratches and bruises I got all over. Long story short, I'm okay and I didn't get poison oak!

Then the best part of the trip happened Sunday night. We discovered that old town Arroyo Grande has the BEST ICE CREAM shop ever! Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab! Check out their website, better yet, drive up there and try it yourself! If you don't believe me, ask Corby, Jeff, or Joe.
